
India Remains on Top in Adoption of GenAI Across APAC

The report, titled "Generative AI in Asia Pacific," 83% of workers and 93% of students in the nation are actively using GenAI.
As per the survey, the rapid adoption of GenAI has been pushed by tech-savvy, youthful employees known as "Generation AI," who are pushing GenAI adoption, bringing new problems and opportunities for employers as they adjust to these developments.
The report also stated, "Generation AI" is leading the way in terms of saving labor hours, developing new skill sets, establishing more sustainable workloads, and enhancing productivity.
According to the analysis, the dynamic business impact of GenAI adoption, along with a predicted 182% rise in daily usage over the next five years, indicates a dynamic trajectory toward deeper integration. According to the report, 75% of Indians feel GenAI has the potential to boost Asia Pacific's position in the global economy, with 83% confident in its ability to improve societal results.
Students and employees are driving the GenAI revolution across Asia Pacific, but just half feel their bosses are aware of its use. According to the report, GenAI could have a substantial impact on 17% of working hours in the region, or nearly 1.1 billion hours per year.
